Stafforce-Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative in Grimsby, England to join a leading food manufacturing business. You will work across multiple production departments, handling packing machinery and ensuring products meet high quality standards.

Shifts rotate Monday to Friday (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with a £1.40ph night-shift premium and a pay rate of £13.15–£14.64 per hour. Weekly pay and training are provided, with opportunities for long-term employment for the right

Qualifications

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to work across different production departments.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and raw materials for production.
• Operate packing machinery.
• Support Cook House operations including mixing and cooking products.
• Monitor soup filling and production equipment.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure customer specifications.
