Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established UK manufacturing business for an experienced Machine Relief Inspector to join its night shift operation in Mirfield. This is a hands-on production and quality role where you will be responsible for inspecting manufactured products, maintaining quality standards and supporting the smooth operation of production machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Experience performing quality checks or inspections.
• Good mechanical awareness and problem solving.
• Experience with computerized production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular quality inspections during production.
• Check products against customer specs and orders.
• Complete and sign off quality paperwork.
• Operate and check production equipment safely.
• Record quality test results and downtime.
• Identify and report mechanical or quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement and keep area clean.
