Responsibilities
- Creation of technical work instructions as detailed by Aircraft Support Engineers.
- Maintenance of Engineering data on ERP system ensuring aligned with Aircraft Document Set (ADS).
- Filing of each aircraft EPR completed work orders to ensure project completion and arranging for document set to be stored as per local procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support to the engineering and planning team for processing of data in the EPR system.
- Training and mentoring of data clerks employed in the department to ensure compliance to internal processes.
- Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.

- Ability to interoperate aircraft drawings and data
- Able to respectfully question engineers to validate data if required.

Professional Qualifications/Education and Training

Experience
- Experience in use of MS Office programmes and working in a dynamic environment.
