Job description

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced rota nanny to work for a UHNW family based mainly in Richmond and Kensington. The family are expanding its team of four nannies and seeks an experienced, professional rota nanny to work one week on/one week off (Monday–Sunday), with two nannies on duty at all times. The post mixes live-in and live-out arrangements depending on the family’s schedule and involves frequent weekends at other UK residences and extended worldwide travel in school holidays. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience; you’ll report directly to the Principals and their Chief of Staff.

Working with children aged 8–15 in a vibrant, well-staffed household, you will handle everything from school runs, homework support and activity planning to wardrobe care, meal preparation and meticulous upkeep of children’s spaces. You’ll coordinate calendars, playdates, birthdays and medical appointments; accompany the family on trips (packing, scheduling, and executing engaging, age-appropriate itineraries); and act as a reliable point of communication between parents, teachers and household staff, always prioritising the children’s education, health and personal development.

Candidates must offer stellar references, fluent English, a solid educational background and proven experience managing multiple school-age children (including neurodiversity awareness). An up-to-date DBS, paediatric first aid, clean driving licence, valid passport and strong IT and organisational skills are essential; tutoring credentials are a plus.

If you are a proactive team player ready to go above and beyond, I'd love to hear from you.
