Job description

Role: Rota Nanny/PA
Days/Hours: 1 week on/1 week off
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 gross per annum
Reporting to: Principals; Chief of Staff
Location: Primarily Richmond and Kensington, with regular UK and international travel

We are seeking a polished and proactive Rota Nanny/PA to join a fully staffed household in Richmond. You will be working within a team of nannies caring for four children aged 8-15 years old. This is a dynamic role combining high-level childcare with PA duties, requiring flexibility, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.

The position involves a mix of live-in and live-out cover depending on the family’s schedule and location. In addition to the main residences in Richmond and Kensington, the family regularly spends time at other UK properties and travels internationally, particularly during school holidays.

Core responsibilities include all aspects of childcare such as school runs, managing daily routines, overseeing homework, planning age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the children’s wellbeing and development. The role also involves supervising meals and snacks (working alongside a household chef), keeping children’s areas organised, and coordinating playdates and activities.

Alongside childcare, you’ll help manage the children’s calendars, liaise with tutors and schools, book appointments, and assist with travel preparation and planning. You will work closely with the household and family office to ensure the smooth running of the children’s schedules, educational needs, and social commitments.

The ideal candidate will be professional, emotionally intelligent, and discreet, with a strong background in childcare and longevity in roles. A solid understanding of school systems, educational support, and adolescent development is essential. Experience with neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD) is a plus.

You must be fluent in English, tech-savvy, confident driving in London and abroad, and fully DBS checked with up-to-date First Aid certification. A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are required. The role also involves working around pets, including dogs and rabbits.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment and is looking to commit long-term.
