A leading logistics operator in the UK is seeking two Roster Team Managers to oversee the rostering team at their Crewe and Ferrybridge depots. The role involves managing team operations, optimizing rostering processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Competitive pay: £42,000 per annum

Who are we looking for?
Two vacancies have arisen for Roster Team Manager with one role being based at our Crewe depot, and the other at our Ferrybridge depot. The successful candidate will lead in the delivery of rosters for UK rail activities through providing the resources to meet the train plan within legal and agreed terms and conditions. Within this role the successful candidate will be manage the rostering team at their location.
The successful candidate will actively identify and implement efficiency improvements in collaboration with safety, operations and engineering teams.
