    About the Role

    The Rostering Support team is a vital part of the Human Resource Shared Services (HRSS). They support the largest workforce in the South Island, ensuring accurate and timely payments to staff. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Providing support and advice to managers
    2. Translating work hours into wages
    3. Maintaining high-quality payment data

    Additionally, the role involves:

    1. Collaborating to improve work processes
    2. Training staff and leaders
    3. Ensuring legislative compliance
    4. Prioritizing work tasks
    5. Supporting audit processes
    Team and Location

    The team comprises 9 specialists who are inclusive and supportive. The role reports to the Rostering Support Team Leader and is based in the Christchurch City Centre office, with potential for remote work and flexible hours.
