Now recruiting a Roster Clerk (FTC/Secondment) for our Operational Resourcing Team
The Roster Clerk works at the heart of our Resourcing Team, responsible for assisting the roster team in the preparation and updating of the rosters. Your role will focus on supporting the entire stations resourcing team in all aspects of their day-to-day operations. Although you won't be customer facing, your customer service skills will be vital for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent PC literacy and Admin skills, with the ability to input data quickly and accurately. Our Roster Clerk is an integral part of the team behind running our trains, which keep passengers moving across our network. Our trains operate at all hours, day and night, but this role offers Monday to Friday Office Hours.
You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong error checking abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines. Customer service excellence has been a core part of your work approach for many years. Knowledge or experience of the UK passenger rail industry is highly beneficial but not essential.
