Position: Room Technician

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: London EC4A

Pay rate: £12.77

Working hours differ between 10:00–18:30 and 07:00–15:30.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rooms and facilities.
• Heavy lifting/Manual handling.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and staff.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and reports.
