Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, with very busy In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations.

The Room Service Team Leader supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Room Service Team Leader plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.

As our Assistant Room Service and Executive Lounge Manager, you will receive:

  • Salary: £14.46 per hour plus service charge (Up to £17/hour including SC)

We are looking for our Room Service Team Leader, who:

  • Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for room service and executive lounge operations

  • Assists with scheduling rotas, payroll, and administrative duties as needed
