Position Details

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Kitchen Brigade as a Chef responsible for the culinary aspects of our Room Service department and Rivoli Bar & Lounge. Responsibilities include preparing high-standard food, facilitating personalized service, and maintaining communication with the kitchen team, including the Executive Chef.

Entry Requirements

• Culinary degrees or qualifications (desirable)
• Passion for food and cooking
• Desire to develop culinary skills
• Experience in a Five-star or fine dining setting (essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills
• Good command of English
