What will the role involve?

  • Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
  • Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
  • Open, honest, and compassionate nature
