Role of a Room Manager: You will lead and inspire your team, create a positive environment, and ensure high standards of care and education. You’ll support your team with coaching, mentoring, and professional development, and oversee daily routines and safety procedures in our vibrant Forest Hill nursery, which features outdoor exploration areas and creative spaces. The role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and building strong relationships with families. Flexibility within nursery hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) is required, along with attending occasional out-of-hours meetings.
