Crafting Dreams as a Room Manager

Room Managers set the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms and lead by example. As a Room Manager, you’ll help your team achieve their potential as they support every child’s development. You will be an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a leader comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our brand new 79-place N Tunbridge Wells (St John's) Nursery, opening in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in November 2024! The ideal start date for this position is 29th October 2024.

Our Industry-Leading Salary and Benefits

• Earn between £27,500 - £31,500, rewarding your dedication
• Performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
• Flexible working pattern: choose a 4-day 36-hour week or the traditional 5-day 40-hour week
• Up to 32 days of holiday annually, including days between Christmas and New Year and a 'Me' day of your choice
