About the Role - Room Leader under 2s - Lewisham, Bellingham

• This nursery is recruiting for Early Years staff to join their nursery.
• They need a Room leader for the under 2s room.
• Salary 32, 420 per annum
• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development, and care for babies/infants.
• Manage the day to day running of the room
• Ensure the rooms are a safe environment for children, staff, and others
• Develop partnerships with parents/guardians to increase involvement in their child's development
• Manage your team (1 other person)
• You should have a minimum level 3 in early years or equivalent
• Experience in working with under 2s is essential as well as good subject knowledge of EYFS
• Prior experience as a key person is desirable
• At least 2 years in a nursery setting is preferable
• The nursery will pay 500 bonus should the nursery retain the Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING
• They will also pay a 500 holiday voucher after 2 years' service and 1000 after 5 years
