Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Fulham Nursery, conveniently located close to Parsons Green tube station.
Our amazing Fulham Day nursery is a 137-place setting that proudly offers spacious and well-resourced rooms, including state-of-the-art interactive whiteboards and touch screen computers in the preschool room!

What you’ll be doing
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for children, both indoors and outdoors
- Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and care to support children in reaching their milestones
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals to meet each child's individual needs
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
What we’re looking for
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
- Effective communication skills with children and adults
