About Stepping Stones Nursery

Stepping Stones Nursery, proudly rated “Good” by Ofsted has a capacity of 57 children and has been part of the MiChild Family since 2020. Situated within Hazel Grove, close by to Stepping Hill Hospital, our setting serves both public and hospital staff families. Our nursery has just under-gone a full refurbishment and will shortly include a hub for staff training and development across the MiChild Group. We have 3 newly refurbished large playrooms. An expansive garden area, which is easily accessed from all three rooms, offers our children and staff boundless learning opportunities to engage in outdoor learning activities where we can become immersed in imaginative play outdoors as we bake a cake in the mud kitchen or explore our five senses with some full body sensory play.

What We’re Looking For:
• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Has experience in leading a room or supervising a team (Desirable)
