Busy Bees Coventry Walsgrave is seeking a proactive Room Leader to guide a team, oversee age-appropriate learning, and ensure high standards of care. You’ll lead planning, support staff, and act as Key Person to a group of children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
