Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-School Room Leader to join our friendly setting based in Taunton. If you are looking to take the next step in your career, this role could be for you. Our setting is vibrant and welcoming, with great gardens to explore. It is perfectly located on the Bridgwater and Taunton College campus, with the added convenience of onsite parking.

As a team leader, you will play a vital part in inspiring our children and motivating our staff within the room, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others. You will ensure that children are safe, cared for, and educated to the highest standard at all times.

You will be at least Level 3 qualified with a full and relevant Early Years qualification. It is important that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an early years setting.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week. We could consider candidates wishing to work 32 hours a week across 4 days. We offer a competitive salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
