Kids Planet Horsforth is seeking a Room Leader to guide a busy nursery room, delivering high standards of care and EYFS-based learning. You will lead a team, support professional development, and ensure safeguarding and children's wellbeing are at the forefront.

The role offers opportunities to build strong relationships with families, drive positive outcomes for children, and contribute to a values-driven, family-owned group with ongoing training through KP Academy.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.

• Support and guide the team to create a positive, collaborative environment.
