Job summary

Kids Planet Wetherby is seeking a Room Leader to lead a nursery room, delivering high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS. You’ll inspire a team, support professional development, and build strong relationships with children and families to meet individual learning needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 UK recognised Early Years qualification and strong EYFS knowledge.
• Extensive safeguarding awareness and commitment to child safety.
• Leadership experience in Early Years settings is desirable.
