Job summary

MiChild Group is seeking an Experienced Room Manager/Room Leader for Echoes Day Nursery in Manchester. You will lead the preschool room, ensure high standards of care and learning, and work closely with families and the nursery team.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience with under-2s, and a solid understanding of the EYFS. You will champion safeguarding and create a safe, inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required with experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Proven safeguarding awareness and inclusive practice.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.
