Job summary

Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool in West Malling, Kent is hiring a Room Leader to lead and inspire a caring team delivering exceptional care and education for young children.

You will promote child welfare, health and safety, maintain safeguarding standards, and build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs. This role requires Level 3 EYFS qualification and prior EYFS leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse or Practitioner.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and understanding of EYFS.
