Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Gloucester is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure the curriculum is integrated across the centre.

This leadership role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with Level 3 qualification in early years and supervisory experience.

You will cultivate a safe, inclusive environment, support families, and develop a high-performing team, with extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is advantageous, ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple rooms and ensure educational strategies are integrated across the centre.
• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and track progress for families.
• Take on the role of Key Person for a group of children and ensure holistic development and personal care.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean, secure environment.
