Job summary

Kids Planet Stone is seeking a Room Leader to oversee a nursery room, delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS. You’ll lead a small team, mentor staff, and work closely with families to support each child’s development.

We value heart-led care, continuous training through KP Academy, and inclusive practices. A Level 3 UK EY qualification and strong safeguarding knowledge are essential, with leadership experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and guide your team to foster a positive, collaborative environment and staff development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s needs and learning are supported.
