Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Level 3 Room Leader
• Working knowledge of the EYFS
• Ability to plan and assess for all children in the room
• Commitment to fun and engaging learning through play
• Ability to work with SEND and external professionals

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and assessment for all children in the room
• Ensure the room and outdoor area are set up to high standards daily
• Act as communication link between leadership and room team
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external professionals to support SEND
• Prioritise health, welfare and safety of children
• Provide a range of activities to support learning and interaction
