Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Wellingborough, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

What will you be doing:

• Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
• Supporting and supervising playroom staff daily
• Deploying staff appropriately to meet standards
• Implementing nursery keycarer procedures and allocating children accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Providing professional feedback to parents/carers
• Promoting the nursery to current and prospective parents
• Developing positive relationships with staff and parents
