Qualifications

  • Must hold a Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the under 2's team in providing exceptional care.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and EYFS standards.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for children.

What a Under 2's Coordinator needs:
  • Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.

  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
  • Leadership experience desirable.
