Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery & Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to lead a team in our Bishops Stortford nursery. The role requires strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding commitment, with responsibilities across care and education for toddlers or preschool children.
You will work full time, 40 hours per week, in a supportive environment that values development and partnership with families.

Salary – Starting from £31,500 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours - Full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our Bishops Stortford Nursery, CM23 2AF. The role is likely to be either based in our toddler, or preschool room.

As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
