Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited in Oadby is seeking a Room Leader to guide a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, and foster a supportive, collaborative environment for staff and children.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, meet individual learning needs, promote professional development, and contribute to a family‑centred nursery culture across our Oadby setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
