Job summary

Kids Planet Knowsley Safari is seeking a Room Leader to head a dedicated room, delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS. You will guide a team, create a collaborative environment, and promote professional development while building strong relationships with children and families to support each learner’s needs.

The role requires Level 3 early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and leadership experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

Responsibilities

What a Room Leader needs
