Qualifications

£29,845.20 + (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Position:

We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Toddler Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Carshalton Day Nursery.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment offers consistent stimulation and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
  • Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities to support children’s development and milestones
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals to meet each child's needs
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
  • Maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment in collaboration with colleagues
What we’re looking for
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator
  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Effective communication skills with children and adults
