Pay: Up to £14.50/hour
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Autumn Term

A nursery in EastBristol is looking for a Room Leader who’s ready to guide a small team and create a magical toddler room experience. If you’re confident in your practice and love supporting staff to thrive, this is your moment.

Your day-to-day:

  • Leading daily routines and activity planning

  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff

  • Creating a safe, fun space where children can flourish

What you bring:
️ Level 3+ qualification
️ Experience leading a room or stepping into leadership
️ Clear knowledge of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
