Job Title: Room Attendant

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of rooms and suites to high standards, making each room welcoming and memorable for guests.
2. Assist guests with their needs, such as providing toiletries or directions.
3. Update supervisors on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
4. Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
5. Manage supplies efficiently to minimize waste and restock amenities as needed.
6. Log and reunite lost items with owners according to procedures.
7. Present a professional appearance by wearing your uniform properly.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with deep cleaning, turndown, or other tasks as assigned.
9. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure quality service.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
• Ability to bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks.
