What you will be doing:

• Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently
• Cleaning assigned guestrooms: dusting, bed-making, linen removal and replacement, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, replenishing supplies
• Proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Updating and recording room status
• Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work independently at a fast pace while maintaining quality
• Commitment to excellent service and exceeding guest expectations
• High School diploma, vocational training, or 1 year of work experience
• Good command of English
• Experience in luxury hotels is a plus
• Comfort speaking with guests

Additional Information

Physical aspects of the position:

• Constant standing and walking
• Frequent bending and kneeling
• Carrying and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs

Visa requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
