The Marsham Court Hotel has been making significant developments over the last few years, establishing itself as one of the most accessible and inclusive venues in the UK. We focus on employee welfare, flexibility, and creating a vibrant atmosphere, and pride ourselves on our exceptional team. We have even received a National Award to recognize our efforts! As one of the busiest venues in Bournemouth, our team enjoys the energy and buzz that comes with being part of the Marsham Court family.

Join one of the most innovative and exciting hotels in Bournemouth.

As a Room Attendant, you will:

  1. Be part of an established team cleaning our 95 refurbished bedrooms.
  2. Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing the laundry within the hotel.
  3. Have an eye for detail and a passion for helping guests create memorable experiences.
  4. Take responsibility for your own work and take pride in your achievements.
  5. Contribute to making the Marsham Court look and feel exceptional for our guests.

We are seeking individuals eager to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your talents to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Our dedicated Training & Development Manager will mentor you and provide the skills needed for success, whether in hospitality or other industries.

This is a casual contract with variable hours, ideal for those seeking flexible working schedules. The main days required are Mondays, Fridays, or Sundays, but this may vary slightly.

No extensive experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and reliability. Most importantly, you should enjoy working as part of a team.

A Hotel With Heart

The Marsham Court is committed to being a responsible, ethically driven business. Following a major development, we are now one of the most accessible hotels in the UK, with facilities that surpass those of an average hotel.

Our CREW team drives initiatives in Sustainability, Community Outreach, and Employee Welfare, allowing you to be part of meaningful change. Projects include:

  1. Recycling and energy-saving programs
  2. Mental health first aid training for staff
  3. Expanding our social calendar for team bonding
  4. Partnerships to support the LGBTQ+ community and elderly
  5. Fundraising events for local charities

At the Marsham Court Hotel, we uphold five core values to foster a supportive environment for all, whether guests or staff:

  1. We value diversity and aim to reflect the world around us.
  2. We ensure equal opportunities for development and success.
  3. We treat everyone with fairness and respect.
  4. We cultivate a culture of understanding and support.
  5. We celebrate our differences and promote inclusion.

We are part of the Send Me 2 Work scheme, supporting our journey to become a Disability Confident Leader.
