Working as part of the Housekeeping team, the Room Attendant maintains the cleanliness and presentation of hotel bedrooms.

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining luxury standards of cleanliness and service
• Greeting guests and providing excellent service
• Servicing guest bedrooms to high standards
• Communicating with Housekeeping Supervisors
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Handling guest property left behind
• Adhering to Health and Safety requirements
• Using cleaning chemicals per COSHH guidelines
