Job summary

Old Swan & Minster Mill is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant in a country inn and riverside hotel setting near Witney. You’ll help keep guest bedrooms and public areas clean, welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and reliable approach.

The role welcomes candidates with no experience, as attitude and personality are valued. A supportive team, service charge, and staff perks are part of the package, with flexible teamwork across departments.

Location

Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell.

Consisting of both a quintessentially country English Inn, and a modern riverside hotel.

SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team. Service charge can be in the region of £150 a month (close to £2000 per year) over and above base pay for a full time employee.

As a Housekeeping Assistant you will keep all front of house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome our wonderful guests.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience, as this role is all about personality and attitude, we can teach you the rest.
