Aim Of The Room Attendant Role

To maintain the high standards of cleanliness of The Lygon Arms throughout the hotel bedrooms and corridors.

Responsibilities Of The Room Attendant

• Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our public areas and beautiful suites to the hotel's 5 star standards
• To be passionate and confident conversing with our guests, creating a visit to remember
• Take pride in keeping all equipment and stock in the housekeeping office and bedrooms neat and presentable at all times
• To be able to work alone as well as part of the team in a busy yet flexible operation
• To take ownership in completing tasks set by the management team in a timely manner, and report any faults or breakages to the relevant department
• To take pride in your appearance and demeanour at work at all times
• To be confident and intuitive when using cleaning materials and equipment
• Respecting the confidentiality of our guests at all times
  
  

Room Attendant - About You

• Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desirable
• You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
