Overview

Room Attendant, Holiday Inn Express, Bridgwater – 15 hours per week.

If you have a hands-on approach, always come to work with a smile and want to make sure everyone arounds you leaves smiles as well, you are the character we are looking for. We are too ‘CYCAS’ to be grumpy. It’s not over until we get a smile!

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and clean for our guests
  • Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Changing bed linen, replenishing bathroom amenities
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to guest bedrooms
  • Ensuring the security of guest bedrooms and the privacy of guests
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests
  • Attention to detail ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to the required standard
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks
