Job summary

Lancaster Gate Hotel, 66 Lancaster Gate, London, W2 3NA, is hiring a Room Attendant. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and support daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms meet high standards and guests have a superb experience.

We offer an industry-leading package with a training allowance of up to £10,000 per year, career progression, life insurance, discounts, and a pension. The role pays £13.1 per hour with guaranteed hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
• Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper

In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.
