The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Fleet and Farnham, and 45 minutes from London. It offers a variety of restaurants focusing on local produce, banqueting for 200 guests, and 24-hour room service.

About the role:

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness for guest rooms and suites. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying rooms, fulfilling guest requests such as extra towels, and reporting maintenance issues. The role is supported by house porters and involves straight shifts only.

What you will do:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas with precision.
• Replenish amenities and ensure all items meet Four Seasons standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to relevant departments.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

What you bring:

• A genuine passion for service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with a positive attitude.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
