Delano London is opening in late 2026 and seeks a Room Attendant to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will service rooms, re-sheet beds, replenish supplies and ensure VIP amenities are prepared daily, contributing to a warm, engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in upscale or lifestyle hotel.
• Warm, friendly and approachable attitude with a positive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and with guests.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms and related areas to high standards during day and turn-down service.
• Re-sheet beds with fresh linen, dust furniture, sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Replenish minibar stock and record serviced rooms accurately on daily worksheets.
• Complete schedules, checklists and inspection records within required timeframes.
• Ensure VIP amenities are replenished and presented daily; handle guest complaints professionally.
• Follow key control procedures and lost property and escalate where necessary.

Job Description

Under the general guidance of the housekeeping management team, Room Attendant assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep in guest rooms and related areas. Ensure all guests receive high-quality, personalized service, contributing to an engaging and dynamic guest experience.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and related areas in accordance with hotel cleanliness and presentation standards during day and turn down service
• Re-sheet beds daily with fresh, wrinkle-free linen; dust all furniture; clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly; replenish guest supplies and stationery; and vacuum all floors.
• Replenish minibar stock and report consumption accurately
• Accurately record all serviced rooms on daily worksheets and report any rooms that cannot be serviced.
• Complete all assigned schedules, checklists, and inspection records accurately and within required timeframes.
• Ensure VIP amenities and gifts are replenished and presented daily.
• Dispose of waste and soiled linen safely and correctly, following hotel protocols.
• Maintain all housekeeping equipment in working order; report any faults or maintenance needs immediately.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up, and escalation when necessary
• Adhere to hotel key control procedures and maintain accountability for assigned keys.
• Follow the hotel's lost property procedures for any guest items found.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Warm, friendly, and approachablewith a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships across departments.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
