Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms, working with a professional housekeeping team to meet luxury standards.

You will contribute to an environment where guests feel at home, supported, and well cared for, with full training provided and opportunities for progression within London and globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping welcomed but not essential.
• Pride in attention to detail and personal standards.
• A positive, reliable, and service focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times.
• Report maintenance concerns or lost property accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised trolley and housekeeping areas.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help deliver the consistently high standards our guests expect from one of the world’s leading luxury brands.

The role:

As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping our guests’ experience. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring each space reflects the elegance, care, and attention to detail that define Four Seasons.

Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will contribute to an environment where guests feel at home, relaxed, and exceptionally well cared for.

What You Will Do:
