About the Role:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies as needed
  • Report defects to the Head of Department
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute to department scores
  • Follow company procedures and checklists
  • Manage your rota and ensure trolley and caddy are stocked
  • Minimize wastage without compromising standards
  • Be energy conscious, turning off lights and equipment when not in use
  • Develop skills through training and teamwork
