About the Role:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies as needed
- Report defects to the Head of Department
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute to department scores
- Follow company procedures and checklists
- Manage your rota and ensure trolley and caddy are stocked
- Minimize wastage without compromising standards
- Be energy conscious, turning off lights and equipment when not in use
- Develop skills through training and teamwork
