The Medlock at Etihad Campus in Manchester is seeking a Room Attendant to join Valor Hospitality. This role is 30hrs per week, pro-rata, focusing on high-standard room cleaning and presentation to ensure guests feel welcome.

You will balance daily servicing with unexpected requests, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and work closely with colleagues to reflect the brand's warm, genuine service in a premium environment near the Etihad Campus.

Whether preparing rooms for arriving guests or refreshing them during a stay, you'll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard-ready to be enjoyed and remembered. Working closely with your team and other departments, you'll bring a positive, supportive approach, always ready to step in where needed. You'll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence. No two days are the same. You'll balance daily room servicing with the unexpected, staying one step ahead and taking pride in making every room feel just right. You'll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.

Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it. We operate 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business - offering flexibility where possible. Specific hours and working patterns can be discussed at interview.
