Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant located in London. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. Additional responsibilities include handling laundry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds and replenishing supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and supervise overall room cleanliness.
• Handle laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and garments as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping skills, including the ability to clean rooms and maintain a tidy environment.
• Laundry skills, including the ability to sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and garments.
• Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• At least one year of experience in housekeeping is preferred (references are an advantage).
