A luxury hotel in London is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking amenities, greeting guests, and reporting maintenance issues. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and team players. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
Cleaning and maintaining the standards of guest rooms, guest bathrooms, session rooms, apartments, lifts, gym, changing rooms, offices and public areas.
Delivering and restocking bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
Greeting guests.
Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
Updating status of guest rooms on communication apps.
Comply with hotel safety and security.
Carry out lost property procedure.
This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs.
