As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction, providing an efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas, and you may also interact with customers and support other operations departments during the night shift. You will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who share the same passion — to create memories that our guests will remember.

Responsibilities
  • Provide service across all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas in the hotel.
  • Oversee outsourced staff when required.
  • Interact with guests when appropriate and support other operations departments during the night shift.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
