Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated with the utmost hospitality and care during their stay – providing an unforgettable experience
• Handle complaints professionally in accordance with policies, minimizing issues
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas at all times
• Follow all hotel policies as outlined in training manual
• Clean hotel bedrooms and corridors, maintaining high standards
• Keep all cupboards neat and presentable
• Use cleaning materials according to HHK’s specifications
• Report any maintenance faults
• Follow lost property procedures
• Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations
• Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid
• Maintain good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel
